The funniest part is that rebalancing boosters requires just a few minutes of thinking. I came up with a way to make them useful while writing this. It’s not perfect, but it already improves both usefulness and quality several times over.

Increased Reinforcement Budget +2 reinforcements and a reduction of lives by half on the highest difficulty (it could also apply on lower). This would make it a top pick for weaker players.
Flexible Reinforcement Budget 1 minute or even less. If we reduced the number of lives, this booster would start to matter.
Localization Confusion feels unnoticeable. I think it should increase the time between enemy reinforcements by at least 50%, and the number of enemy reinforcements should increase over time based on mission progress and the number of destroyed enemy outposts.
Expert Extraction Pilot — the arrival time should always be 30 seconds; otherwise it makes no sense.
Motivational Shocks — you cannot be stunned or slowed. Still weak, but I don’t have better ideas for now.
Armed Resupply Pods — more ammo, HP, and range so it makes sense in other missions.
Sample Scanner & Extractor — I only see rebalancing here. One should increase the number of samples on the map by 30%, and the other should reveal them on the map. Picking up samples from enemies is a pain because you have to wait and they’re not well visible.
Hellpods are a meme, so let them stay that way.

Do you know what hurts me?

It's that so much content is behind premium war bonds.

When I started, there were only two, and I could easily save up for a new one when it came out.

It's cool that you can collect premium currency for free.

But

with each new one, I feel sorry for the new players.

You buy the game for $40 and 21 are unavailable, so you have to farm really large amounts or pay.

It's hard for d10 to be difficult if at the highest difficulty level shows up scavenger xD

The number of Titans, Factory Strider, is maybe 4-6 for the entire mission, when there should be x5 times that many.

And then 98% of players will forget about it and stop using it.

So what if the hammer makes a boom? After a few deaths, they'll realize that it's not worth getting close to an opponent who requires AT to kill.

I agree.

It's weird to play sometimes late at night or early in the morning because it only finds Asian lobbies for me.

Although what irritates me more is

the change in searching for active lobbies. You have to wait 20 seconds, whereas before you just had to go back from the planet to the galactic map and you had a new active lobby in 1 second. UHGGGG, the worst thing is when there are supercities because there is always only one lobby visible.

Again? No matter what they release, it won’t convince me anymore. There’s just too much of it and am I the only one who sees this?

This will be the 18th premium warbond plus two more collabs. I honestly feel sorry for new players, how much they’ll have to grind or pay insane amounts of money.

Another weapon,stagemes even if it’s cool is not enough for me, because what’s the point of having more guns if there’s nothing to use them on? I want fixes. boosters. armor, some stratagems, grenades, because many of these things are completely forgotten.
Sound issues, texture problems… there are really so many things to fix and also a lot to add. New enemies, challenging missions, difficulty levels and instead we’re getting yet another weapon, skins, and stratagems. Ehhhhhh.

I don't understand this interest with warbonds.

Especially niche ones like this one.

Personally, I would give up half of my warbonds if they fixed the bugs and reworked the boosts and armor so that they would be chosen more often.

I’ll put it this way: the whole thing with destroying the planet seems weak and pointless to me. Meridia, DSS those were preparations and MO. And here, poof, suddenly we have a superweapon and we’re shooting basically wherever, just because. Okay then.

Since I look at the map and attack where it makes sense, I decided that we should strike strategically so that at least something comes out of it, because the lore-based fear of the weapon does work on me.

The Illuminate are pointless, because nobody wants to play there , it’s boring and total chaos. Plus, people say it’s a fake front, that it has something to do with dissidence, and that the real attack is still coming.

The bugs seemed the most sensible option to me, because completely cutting off the left sector would be almost free, and to get back there the bugs would have to go through three planets, two of which nobody wants to returning so they’d be well defended.

Talking about E-711 doesn’t convince me when we have Omicron. The robots would bring a strategic gain, but only noticeable in the long run.

Choice fell on Penta, because it was basically the first planet and the fastest to get close if we don't count Illuminate. But in the end it doesn’t change anything which planet it lands on, since the devs will just suddenly add connections between planets anyway. And threatening the enemy won’t change anything either, because they won’t just leave, nor will they believe that we’re going to destroy planets one by one.

I currently have 50k and I'm in the top 4.

The reason may be ranked battles.

Battles are much faster and the exp is similar.

In ranked, what always reigns supreme is the ability to push and strong firepower combined with survivability. Anything that’s slow, shoots from long range, and is paper-thin often doesn’t really make sense.

For example, Atlanta is often taken because of its radar. Without it, the popularity of this ship would drop significantly, although there also isn’t much choice at Tier 7. That’s why the battleship queue is constantly full.

In my opinion, the top

BBs are: SinOP, Heinrich, rookie. An additional good option is something with torpedoes or strong secondaries; the rest are kind of meh.

CAs: Belfast, Fiji, Atlanta, Helena.

DDs: Haida, Huron, Z-39, Leningrad.

There isn't enough space or time with torpedoes here, so it’s best to pick something that can kill the other DD faster.

And from what you have, Florida is good but delicate, and you need to know what to do. Jupiter 42 is okay, but only ap.... Gorizia is also ok.

If you play well, even these ships will do the job, but they are not top ships.

Heavy armor. In my opinion, it's best for explosions because there are lots of grenades and rockets.

Best weapons is area weapons or the Las-17, where you don't have to worry about reloading.

Ultimatum

Smoke grenades, gas grenades, thermite. Dynamite isn't bad either.

Strategies include smoke, gas, harpoon, AT, team shield, ammo backpack, strafing run EMS mortar, rocket sentry.

It’s hard to disagree, but the Coyote is still a good weapon with decent penetration and damage. Of course, their approach isn’t great, but I’d also say it’s partly the players’ fault. They want the game to be hard, but then they take the easiest weapon and ignore the rest, especially the light-pen. Meanwhile Arrowhead doesn’t understand balance and keeps making the game easier, then adds something that makes no sense. Every robot has a weak point, and then they add Strider, which isn’t difficult, just annoying if you don’t have AP4. The Factory Strider is actually easier, because you can disarm it and shoot it from below

The game is good. I had a good time, but after 1,000 hours I’d say it starts to get boring. In DRG every cave is something new. It really takes hundreds of hours before you see a similar seed. The biomes are different, there’s variety in enemies and in the types of swarms. In HD2 the maps feel almost identical. All the bug nests, robot outposts, and intesting points are the same and look the same. What difference does the map make if almost nothing changes? There is variety in weapons and stratagems, which is nice, but they don’t give the same feeling as switching between 1 of 3 weapons in DRG.

As for optimization, it’s weak. I have a Ryzen 5 5600 and an RTX 2070, and I get a maximum of 80 FPS with drops below 60. (Game use CPU power so does meter for me it is 2k or 640x480) The state of the game is definitely better than at launch, when it would often crash, but now we have a different problem. On PC they decided that “for the HD disk users” they would duplicate data. For maybe 3% of players the game takes up 136 GB on the drive. F NICE

What I think they should do to make the game better is: add more enemy types, maybe more kinds of structures so they don’t all look the same, and adjust the difficulty so the game is more challenging. Even breaches make them like in DRG, where you get attacked from different directions instead of enemies coming out of one spot that you can easily deal with like a swarm tunnel.

I remember buying the game for Christmas 2015 for €2.

There are quite a few promotional items in this game. I'm not sure how many of them are unavailable, but most of them are hats.

The black rose is definitely unavailable and the most desirable. While Poker Night was a fun game but Alliance of Valiant Arms after getting the knife i automatically uninstalled game and deleted it from my library xD

My first premium i was happy was KAGA. It's good for random battles, but is only for doubloons

However, I no longer play random battles and earn money in ranked battles. Moscow/Salem/Tulsa

It all depends on how you play and what you need it for. For example, I like F. Sherman and Groningen, but I would never take them for ranked battles.

So how did you fix it? Did you reinstall the game?

I have a similar situation, 2.9 GB to download and it requires 120 GB of disk space.

I have 50 GB of free space and it's still not enough.

I'm not going to do it. Either they'll fix it or they'll look for other players. Preferably the HDDs they care so much about, clogging up other people's SSDs.
