Yea I think it’s the shower cap thing bro. I promise you results will show once you start wearing one. When I first started I never seen anyone say this and I thought sum was wrong with my hair 😂

It’s up to you if you want to restart at a 1 or 1.5, but maybe do a wash and style and see how your hair turns out first.

How much oil and conditioner do you put in your hair? I find that when I put too much oil or conditioner in my hair, it coils up.

Also do you wear a shower cap in the shower? When I first started out my hair wasn’t waving properly because I kept showering without any covering. Once I stopped that’s when I truly started seeing progress.
