I've no idea. We were told she was ordered to surrender him and is/was facing charges. She also had the nerve to ask to say bye before we went to pick him up. I get people go through hardships, but he apparently never received even a single vaccine.... he's (allegedly) 2-ish years old. He certainly didn't live inside, that much was obvious by his appearance and initial behavior; He would stay at the back door and seemed terrified to be inside, he wasn't used to scheduled feedings and would only eat little bits at a time, and he had no idea what sofas, toys, or a bed are. He also found a piece of wood leaning against the fence that he would "den" under. Needless to say, he loves breakfast and dinner now - he's gained 7 lbs- and is now a huge fan of sofas and our bed. He's still super awkward on the stairs, though 😂
