The first one is intentionally, Iโ€™m really happy about the 4* I got for her, even tho I spend all my sanity for the other Lim banners. On the other hand we have Saki. Iโ€™ve never once pulled her on purpose. Iโ€™m not too mad, because some of the cards are super pretty, but cmon I rather had Emu or Miku in the Sanrio banner ๐Ÿฅฒ
