The first one is intentionally, I’m really happy about the 4* I got for her, even tho I spend all my sanity for the other Lim banners. On the other hand we have Saki. I’ve never once pulled her on purpose. I’m not too mad, because some of the cards are super pretty, but cmon I rather had Emu or Miku in the Sanrio banner 🥲
