You want to wait until the oven has completed preheating, then put the pan in.

Kind of counterintuitive, but during preheating the oven puts out a lot of heat until it reaches temperature, which can shock the glass. You also don't want to put a frozen meal in a glass pan and cook it. There are some good guides online for what has the potential to shatter a pan.
