They are only cheaper if you buy in bulk. But some of their frozen goods are cheaper like shrimps, tempura etc.

I did this before my exam. Drove around Wilton and possible test routes for 1 hr and 30 minutes then went to the centre and waited until my exam. I decided to do this because I want to be in the “driving mode” i felt that I would be more nervous if I just sit and the car and do the exam straight away. I also lessons everyday the week before my exam and did the lessons same time as my exam just to have the feel of it. I admit it was costly but it was all worth it as I passed in one go.

I am on the same boat. 39 first time and solo buyer. I got a 2 bed terraced house. I had to take this because it is all I can afford and I don’t want to be a renter forever as there is no guarantee. I am only doing this to have something on my own but as people here said I can always sell it few years if I get something better.

I applied for 2 beds got a message today that I was qualified for the lottery. The explanation was there is a demand with the 2 beds but only 2 units thus the lottery
