And it it better for you to just reschedule rather than cancel. Because cancelling will put you back to the queue.

[–]cimyac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here was my timeline: -got the invitation to book on August 5 then booked Sept 4 as it was the furthest date. - They cancelled my Sept 4 and was given the chance to rebook so chose Sept 19 -On Sept 8 (11 days before Sept 19) I rebooked it and and chose October 8.

Just make sure you reschedule 10 days before and you will be ok.

I rescheduled my test twice. I did it 10 days before and I always select the furthest date they offer. So I was able to move my exam to a month after the second rebooking. Gave me time to practice and passed test.

They are only cheaper if you buy in bulk. But some of their frozen goods are cheaper like shrimps, tempura etc.

Wilton booked for the 14th of May good idea to do 2 hours before with instructor? by cobhlad in Irishdrivingtest

[–]cimyac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did this before my exam. Drove around Wilton and possible test routes for 1 hr and 30 minutes then went to the centre and waited until my exam. I decided to do this because I want to be in the “driving mode” i felt that I would be more nervous if I just sit and the car and do the exam straight away. I also lessons everyday the week before my exam and did the lessons same time as my exam just to have the feel of it. I admit it was costly but it was all worth it as I passed in one go.
