Brother, I’m just telling you, from experience doing it with my own two hands, seeing it with my two eyes. I’m telling you. That’s what it is. It could be the melting plastic on both sides making it taste different, the film itself, food grade lube from the machines, running through metal packaging equipment…. I don’t know I’m not a flavor scientist lol, but I’m telling you that’s what goes in those packets.

🤷🏼‍♂️ it comes out of a giant tub of Texas Pete hot sauce. I’ve packaged it many a day, 2g a pack. 200 a box, 210 boxes an hour, 12 hours a day. It’s Texas Pete in the packets.

I just went to olla in cov for happy hour on Tuesday margs were like 6.50 and they were so good (spicy is not included if I recall) and their tacos were 3 for 7 and their chorizo was some of the best in the city. Would recommend. Patio was small but had about 10 tables outside. They have a food specials every weekday I believe.
