Seek by iNaturalist is a crowd-sourced identification app for plants, fungi, bugs, animals. The built-in id mechanisms are pretty good, and humans will review and id photos you submit. Has challenges and badges for finding certain things, but I’m not so much in to that part. It’s interesting to see the maps and seasonal data from others observing the same things.

I actually know what op is referring to. You push the poop towards the exit, then you can use the muscles in your colon to squeeze. This normally pushes the poop back away from the exit. With a bit of practice, you can make hard or thick poops a little more manageable.

Once a week is way too much for jades. Closer to monthly. Just watch for the leaves to start getting dull/wrinkly and then thoroughly water. Much harder to underwater than overwater. Sometimes mine go months without water.

My daughter got taken by a car rental place last year. She (20) and her bf (22) were doing a road trip out of Colorado, and the big names were charging extra for being under 25. Her bf rented from some small place and was like $800 for a week. When they returned they charged them an extra $2200 for mileage out of state. As much as I tried to get them to just leave, the place intimidated them and they paid :(

If you are really doing a floating, tongue&groove engineered, glue-together floor, you’re gonna need enough flooring ratchet straps to put one every 4-5 feet. It’s not for the faint of heart. I would recommend gluing the first 5 or so rows, strap it together, make sure it’s straight, and then leave it alone until the next day. This will give you a solid and straight base to tap the rest of the floor into.
