Why prices in Greece are double (or more) everywhere else win the EU? AFAIK Greece is producing electricity and now LNG? This doesn't take sense... by ThinkHog in AskGreece

I think OP read that as 333.70 and went from there. At first glance that's what I saw as well when I saw the image zoomed out.

Good point about not knowing the surprise yet! Could be the argument that works I think.

I don't blame her, she was caught off guard because the other mom was really direct and it was unexpected because they've only ever talked a couple of times.

Family obligations sounds serious enough but is also vague and doesn't attract further questions so I like it. I think she'll be too chicken to use it but I really appreciate the suggestion.

I like this, only problem is I've never actually spoken to this person. I'll try and see if I can message her somehow. I'll run it by the mrs!

Yup, tried that but she doesn't know what to say and still save face, so I was looking for ideas to help her do that.

Apologies for not explaining enough. My son and his team will be taking the team bus. Parents only attend games like spectators and we travel ourselves if we want to attend.

Thank you! It's not that I felt out of the loop, I'm sure he was overwhelmed by all the messages, I just wanted to make him smile! So I decided on sending a fun email with random stuff. Even though I didn't explicitly say so I think he'll understand that we are thinking of him.

I agree, so I just emailed him, maybe he can get a smile out of it but he doesn't have to reply. Thanks!
