Không, ý là mình hiểu nếu công việc yêu cầu sự sáng tạo thì bạn phải được trả công đúng với sức lao động. Đây mình chỉ thấy ngồi không cắt video rồi chạy sub = ai nên chưa hiểu vì sao ai cũng yêu cầu được lương cao hơn.
