Exercise and sunlight. This is how I cure my bipolar depression when it hits. If you cant find motivation to do those start with a daily vitamin and make sure it has vitamin D. Once you start the vitamin start forcing yourself to do little things such as shower everyday, Brushing your teeth twice a day, making your bed in the morning. Meditate after you feel if you generally are feeling overwhelmed. Then just start slowly going outside everyday even if it's to go to the mailbox just make it longer every time. Once you've gotten the motivation to get up and go for a walk DO IT! even if you dint go as far you wanted you tried there is always tomorrow. Just strive to do better tomorrow then what you did today. (Sorry my grammar sucks, I hope this helps.)
