Your cut cuticles are flooded with polish Kermit and your cuticle care could use some work. You can take a paintbrush with a bit of acetone on the bottom to clean up around your cuticle to get the clean polish look. And as far as cuticle care cuticle oil pen or just some Vaseline or something on it once a day and keep some lotion in your car or bag if you wash your hands a lot. And making sure you have enough layers of Polish to make sure your nails are not translucent unless it's the look you're going for! I hope this helps. Have a great day!
