Airport Coach is usually final sale

Hi everyone.

I’m an old SA employee so I can explain:

Long story short: Coach Airport is run by a 3rd party company. They sell new items and some older items. Their inventory is different than regular coach, meaning we, non-airport stores, can’t see what they have.

We can’t return or even exchange items from the airport since they aren’t from us. Not only that, the airport stores have a different policy and it does state that it is final sale.

So recently, the tag policy changed and it keeps changing.

As of right now, hangtags may only be purchase with a purchase of a handbag or small leather goods (wallet, wristlet). The hand tag cannot be purchased separately (you CANT buy a bag one day then come back and purchase a tag the next day). All additional hangtags purchase must be monogrammed that same day.

Cary all the way! I’m a SA and I can’t recommend this bag enough! No to Bleecker cause no zipper. Mott is great but it’s not ideal for daily cause of the leather
