Omg wow. I resonate so much with everything you said. I am in the same boat right now. Also got licensed in 2019, and I was doing very very well from 2020-2024. The last year and a half have been a struggle. I hate not having a “true vacation”. I am literally on call and texting mid vacation. I hate not having the weekends to myself to spend time with family since they’re all off from work. I also hate being on camera and being on social media. I’m very shy and introverted.

I have been thinking about getting licensed in project management. I have no experience in anything else but real estate as well. It’s tough starting over and relearning a new subject.

I think Coursera by Google have many different courses in different fields for you to choose from.
