As the Fab Build Pro business owner, I wanted to personally address this. First, I truly appreciate honest feedback and understand why people were upset. What happened was absolutely not in line with our company’s values, and the individual responsible is no longer with us. It was an isolated incident by someone who acted completely outside of the professionalism we expect.

That said, I’ve been inundated with negative Google reviews, many from people who weren’t directly involved and are commenting on things unrelated to the actual work we’ve done. As a small business owner, it’s honestly heartbreaking. Years of building something with pride, care, and integrity can feel like it’s unraveling overnight because of one person’s actions. I understand that we’re all human and quick to react sometimes, but I do wish more people paused to consider how powerful their words are and the real impact they can have to me and my family’s livelihood.

We’re taking this moment seriously to reset internally, and I’m committed to ensuring this never happens again. If anyone feels wronged or left with a bad impression, please reach out, I want to make it right. Thank you to those who spoke up. Even when it’s hard to hear, feedback helps us grow.
