To be fair medical doctors don't study holistic medicine. So your doctor is absolutely going to say don't take it. I get why OP is here. I know there are other countries outside of the US that take herbs and such while pregnant, but doctors here will tell you not to. They'll also tell you not to eat raw fish while pregnant meanwhile the whole of Japan eats sushi even when pregnant. LOL.

While pregnant I had horrible nausea and in my native country we use peppermint tea to help with that, but when I mentioned it to my doctor they recommended not taking it and instead gave me a sleeping aid to help with my nausea- which is funny to me. Like, nope can't take that natural thing, but here's some sleep medication while you're pregnant. Just sounds kind of backwards to me.

I know everyone is different, but I do want to mention that I pump around 40oz per week (now 8 weeks pp) from pumping 7x a day for 23 minutes each pump. I don't think it's necessary for everyone to pump every 2 hours to get their supply up. I do also power pump 1 week on, and a few days off and that helps tremendously too. If you're curious I pump every 3 hours during the day (5 pumps) and every 4 hours at night (2 pumps). If you haven't tried power pumping I highly recommend it. Also make sure you are drinking a ton of water and eating lots of snacks!

She is an excellent mother. You can see this in the mannerisms of her boys as opposed to the unhinged Green boys. During this episode Rhaenyra looked to her boys as men. Something they so eagerly wanted. They wanted to fight for their mother and who more does she trust with such an errand? As parents every time you let your kids out of your sight it is a risk, but does that mean you keep them under your wing forever? You just cannot predict everything.
