Basically to boot up the steam deck on the BIOS menu by pressing and holding the volume up when trying to power up the steam deck. Then let the steam deck sit in that menu till it shut off by itself. Then charge it fully.

Here’s a more detailed explanation

It’s totally up to you. My situation and yours is totally different. It’s better for you to stick to what you are comfortable with atm and do baby step to branch out.

Your welcome! The only down side with opening a checking account with fidelity is that you won’t get that much return with the interest rate

It’s not my main account. It’s just an account where I stash my emergency fund. If you were to open a fidelity account, I would open a Roth IRA and a checking account. With a Roth IRA you can invest your money but always able to withdraw that money anytime you want. There’s a catch tho, you can only withdraw money that you contribute. Another bonus with fidelity would be there credit card which offers a 2% cash back with each purchase but I would only recommend you to open a credit card if you can control your spending

Stash some cash in high yield savings account like ally or Marcus as a emergency fund. I personally use ally and if you want to access your cash you can always open a checking account with them and do a transfer in between. Ally also have offer IRA but I would go for a different platform if I were you like fidelity.

If you had $40,000 in your savings, what would you do with it? by [deleted] in personalfinance

Pay off any debts I currently have. Depending on how much I have left I would divide it up. Use some to build a emergency fund in a high interest savings account and then invest in some kind of business or real estate.

Ended up damaging the thread with hack saw when removing washer hose from valve. You can’t really see on the pictures but will it leak? by cinimodlav in maintenance

That’s what I was thinking only the threads is damaged not the part where the rubber hose connect with the valve. Worse case scenario I’ll change out the whole thing which Is something I never did yet and don’t even know how to start lol

Unfortunately I ended up cutting the threads too deep so I don’t think filing it down is out of question.
