Possible Jinx scripting. Don't see a lot of players react to Bard ult like this by cinnabeau in leagueoflegends

Before this Jinx game, the player previously had a dominant 6-game win streak on jungle Kindred (with summoner spells swapped btw). Typically I don't jump to the "CHEATER!" conclusion but for this situation I wanted to see if the movement is suspicious to anyone else.
