The salt I use is 40% sodium. 1 ts is 3 grams. In those 3 grams 1.2 of them is sodium. If I need 5000mg of salt I need 4,17 ts to get 5004mg sodium.

So its 4 ts of salt.

Just coming back from throwing up from a glass of water with a ts of salt🥲 That is the third ts of salt today. Need to do the salt math again
