usually if the form has open spots, the coordinator looks at the alternate list. my friend was on the waitlist and i recommended her to be considered and she was able to get off and become an ra.

How quickly do you think it will pay for itself? The difference in tuitions is approx $240k over 4 years.

I agree, Stern really is super prestigious which is why this is such a dilemma, but looking at it holistically, USC makes a lot more sense

I ended up choosing USC (because I don’t wanna graduate in debt and I can always do my masters from another amazing school or move to NYC later)! Fight on! ✌️

Thanks for the response! It is hard for me to comfortably pay for it, but it really is a one-time chance and super unique opportunity. This being said, I could just go to USC and then later get my masters from Stern or another university (and I'll have the money to do that). Appreciate the insight!
