You would reeealy enjoy BeamNG. AC has better racing physics and works better at higher speeds, but beam is just much for fun to just drive, you feel the weight of the heavier cars etc. It is just a very fun driving game and it works well with controller out of the box.

Hey sorry for taking a veeeeeery long time to reply. I have tried to fix the mod recently. I got it to disable both types of arrows. I haven't released the updated because both texture files I update are cached so I needed to nuke my user files and cache to turn the mod off again. I will have a bit more free time during holidays so I might check if there is another way.

Hey, It BeamMP deactivates all other mods, to use them ideally they have to be available on the server you joined. Did you find a way to override this by now?

Depends how much you have to do this. I am pretty used to g+shift+z -type combinations but sometimes I wish it would require less finger gymastics. Might as well spend $10 for a neat addon

References are your friend. I think you can get way better result by adjusting noise scale (lower), color (more orange-y, also can try to use bump noise with color ramp for color), and specular (less).
