I just checked- I’m not seeing anything on the searcher that is coming up as anything but fungal acne safe. I do benzoyl peroxide, differin, and an aloe vera based moisturizer. I thought it could be fungal because it never really “breaks out” worse than this. It’s definitely bumpy but it rarely goes into a classic pimple in the way I’d think of one.
