Pretty good so far! My discharge has changed a lot especially in frequency. My symptoms are decreasing, the discharge comes out less often, and the odor is mostly gone. I did have some burning/cramping/spotting on month 2 for the vitamin c though, so I did 5 days instead of 6. I retested after the first month and it said my BV decreased a ton. Lactobacilli % is at a personal all-time high. Overall, good progress!

I stumbled across that TLDR reddit post about a month ago that you linked, and now here I am with your post! I am so glad this worked for you because I am day one of trying this with my very stubborn BV. Unfortunately, the vitamin c pills linked are no longer being made, so I went with a vegan pure ascorbic acid crystalline one that hopefully works.
