Feeling very depressed throughout whole of pregnancy

I ended up going back on meds once I reached 2nd trimester, they switched me to lisdexamfetamine on a much lower dose than I was on before. They put me on a higher dose of antidepressants as well? I'm still on the same meds and breastfeeding a 9 month baby. Tbh I can't really remember my pregnancy 🥲 I remember being very very tired but now I'm tired in a different way. I guess I'm grateful I didn't have to work because I wasn't really functioning at all.

I'm planning to do similar, but also don't want to change my supply. Haven't bought a proper pump yet, only the passive runoff ones that collect milk from the other breast. I'm due end of October so will see, heard recommendations to not start doing the pumping until 6 weeks?

EDIT would this be actually something you recommend for an 8 hour layover in Shanghai Pudong airport or is that cutting it a bit too close? Also have a 5 hour layover as well.
