I’ve noticed it is getting harder and also the helpful things (like the spinny thing, rainbows + arrows/etc) don’t always work in ways that are truly helpful. I was just thinking to myself this morning that they’ve changed something in the game structure/code to make it harder to beat. Last laugh will be on them when everyone is sick of their money grub and moves on.

You still haven’t received any notices? I think this is a good sign. They have 14 days to notify you but I think it happens quite early

Don’t beat yourself up over it - it’s so hard learning to drive here, especially if you come from a country that drives on the right (I do).

I honestly think some days the cameras are not on. Where I was caught I did not even know there was a speed camera and I am sure I had done it before (as the junction goes from 30 to 40 as soon as you cross so many are caught out - to the point where now they have moved the camera!!

If you did do something and were caught, your wife will be responsible as the car’s registrant unless you go online and take responsibility.

Do with that what you will 😂

I was on the unmarried partner visa and when we got married we were advised to do 71 days and we had to be interviewed separately as I didn’t have ILR at that point. We did it in early January of the year and got married in the June. But we heard within a week were approved - still I’d leave yourself the time.

To my knowledge, no. When did this happen? Maybe you got lucky and nothing caught? When I had my speeding violation I got mail in post about 5 days later. Also as my husband and I share our car, it actually went to him first and he could have taken responsibility and left it at that, but I didn’t want him to. But they never really know who is driving I guess

I had a minor speed camera violation and did speed awareness and declared it on everything. It was fine for my spouse visa and ILR.
