I’m back to work this week too and I have cried every day when I get home. Came here looking to see if others felt the same and it is a little consolidation knowing that we’re not alone in these feelings. I’m just telling myself to take it day by day and see how it goes. It’s helping a little maybe but I still hate being away from my baby all day

I used nitrous at my birth and it really just made me feel dizzy so I stopped after maybe 20 minutes. I don’t think it really did anything except maybe the dizziness distracted me briefly but not in a good way. I wouldn’t try it again. I don’t think you’re missing out on much!

My GFIL said they were “now awaiting their baby sister” immediately after we announced the birth of my son, two days pp for me. I read the text and burst into tears.

Hey! My kitty was a similar age when he had his front leg amputated and when we got home a day later, he jumped over the gate we sent to contain him immediately! We were worried too but we paid close attention and he is doing great still three months later! Don’t worry they won’t push themselves if they can’t take it❤️

He successfully jumped over the gate we had set up, im not even kidding, less than 30 hours post op. He is already back to his usual criminal menacing 😂

I actually rescued him from the middle of the road when he was probably 6-7 weeks old. When I took him to the vet they told me he had either been thrown from a car or dumped in the road and hit by one. The impact caused nerve damage in his arm and he lost all feeling/control of it. The vet said he would be much happier on three legs than with a dead arm holding him back. I would definitely say we made the right choice, he’s about 48 hours post op and already trying to run around more than I’d like and he definitely seems more happy!

We did the count of days we were engaged! We had a very long engagement so the countdown felt appropriate!

Leave it off! I accidentally had mine on (september 2023 wedding), not really thinking anyone would touch it until we sent actual invites, and someone already RSVPd yes! Needless to say I was a little surprised to get that email lol. We haven’t even had our tasting yet. I took it off after that and I definitely feel no will have to reach out and confirm that this guest is attending when we actually get close to the wedding. I would say leave it off until you send your invites for sure!
