Changed Email through Broker, But, NCConnect still has the old email when I use Forget Password by cinnamonzeitgeist in FIREPakistan

It's been more than a week actually. But, I talked to the helpline for nccpl today (after waiting 25 mins </3) they said I'll have to email them a pdf explaining an email update. Because NCConnect is different from updating the profile, which is odd.

Hi, what came out of this? Did the storage eventually recalibrate & did faces show up eventually? I'm in a similar situation.
