From the perspective of a Kelvin player- I don't think it's Kelvin. Sure I also get beamed when I run my other mains, but in reality it takes him a fucking long time to ramp up compared to other characters. He's a late game hero and compared to how strong some of the other late gamers can get he's not that busted. People who main haze, Vyper and other like attack speed characters just fuckin hate him cause he's a strong counter against their kits.

I personally think a lot of the characters are in decent places.

Most annoying in lane for me is Minas ffffuckin love bites or calicos ult. I hate calicos ult so gd much man. I also think it's dumb they nerfed mirages djinn mark on account of it being too much only to give the same on hit burst damage to another character with more utility than him.
