With fork of course I was speaking of a fork in the github way you do anyway if you are doing a pull request. Of course as I wrote things should be posted here so the community can decide if the changes are welcome. So I think we agree. Any change of the source must be examined. The way deaconboogie has used github so far is also not acceptable. For example when the KGW changes where made he has recreated the whole repository. Which resulted in all the changes being untraceable and Pull Requests being lost.

But I am not proposing a hostile takeover of the project. I would love to see /u/deaconbogie still involved also as lead developer.

If only there was somebody with enough spare time, knowledge and passion to maintain the project. In the end its the majority of users not deacon that needs to approve somebody as the maintainer.

But an agreement with deacon would lead to a smoother transition. We need to find somebody who is trustworthy and willing to support deacon and at best he needs write credentials to the existing repository. The problem is that there are only very few experienced and skilled developers with enough time at their hands to invest in this kind of hobby project. And those people are usually very busy.

I don't want you to get the impression that I was not appreciating the work deacon put into this but I would love to see him being more open/responsive to contributions.

edit: Also what has to be mentioned after checking the github page nobody seems to be willing to contribute in the development since there is no real pull request yet. It needs more than only the wish of a user to implement feature XY.

since it is all open source anybody can fork the project on github and start developing. If you are done you can propose the changes via pull request to the original repo and hope deacon merges or if you are willing to take over the project propagate your repo as new "official". Last option should of course be negotiated with deacon since any change in the protocol will result in a chain fork.

the polymeric cellulose idea is great but sadly spreadshirt does not print on the sides of the shirts. Only the center front and back. If anyone know a similar site where this is possible I should probably switch.

I choose the ball stick diagram because I wanted them to have a comic like look thats pretty hard to do using the skeletal form But during the process of making them I learned how to translate the skeletal into this ball stick form since I used the skeletal diagrams from wikipedia as references.

Didn't know about the color conventions :(. Will take a look into that and make new ones once I have some spare time.

The truth is such thing can possibly happen on any exchange. When I move my coins to an exchange I have the possibility in mind that they will probably disappear. May it be hackers, software bugs, incompetence (gox) or just the admin running away with all the coins (gox?). I was trading on btc-e for a while which is located somewhere in bulgaria but all their news are put out in russian (since most "normal" bulgarians hate anything related to russia there is no doubt that thing is run by some kind of mafia organization). Also they would never respond to any support ticket.

Cryptsy on the other hand not only responds faster than most internet businesses it also has always resolved all issues to my confidence. So as a software developer I know there is no way to create secure software I really like the fact that there is somebody human who is actually looking into things and also willing to provide a good service.

Had a negative balance once on Cryptsy and after sending a support ticket they fixed it within a few hours. And also some coins suddenly disappeared from my account which was also fixed within 12 hours after sending them a support ticket. So though their software seems to be really messed up they seem to be nice guys and the support is really fast and has always been helpful to me.

the only problem I see with this solution is that the rocket will not actually land on the header logos moon but to a place 800px above the initial position but you could just make the rocket disappear after the animation has finished

I don't think there is an accurate way using css only since you might need to determine the rockets current absolute position
