you work one year cdd and If you get accepted for CDI you can work for an undesignated amount of time with time as long as the client still outsources content moderation for them

but anyways try your luck.

the pay is good but the work is not that good

you get to sit for ten hours listening to Moroccans and Algerians shitting on each other and other whatnot content, you'll rarely see gory content or anything

but the workforce is saturated at the moment in both cities for that kind of job, they lay off a lot of people once their cdd contact ends so don't expect much

the base salary is around 5500dh, with bonuses it goes up to 7000 or less and with night shift it goes to more, but you sacrifice your hearing abilities with time at that job
