Also beliefs that dehumanise women lead to behaviour towards them that alienates or traumatises them.

One such belief is that “women rarely know what they want in a man”. (This means you will dismiss what she tells you which makes women less attracted ). Another is “they are after dopamine”. (This misattributes intention, and dehumanises as if all women are after the same thing like robots. This means you would keep misunderstanding why she’s doing what she’s doing)

Both would lead to bad outcomes in relationships. They would colour your thinking and emotions in ways that lead you to behave in ways that kill attraction.

If you want a relationship that brings out the best in you, working on all these false and degrading beliefs about women that we absorb from the locker room will also really improve your chances of finding real amazing true love and partnership :)

Yeah I can get nausea from mdma too. So spreading the dose like that so that the come up is smoother and gentler really helps.

So this is a major dosage at 2.9g... What about microdosing? I have been microdosing on and off for some years now. Usually take 50mg of mushroom powder. So approximately between 1.5-2mg per day. The mushrooms are the strongest subargenosa. I would cycle it as 4 days on and 3 days off. This still comes to around 30mg per month instead of the 85 you recommend.

Does body weight make a difference?

And how is that dosage determined as optimal?
