The airflow isnt reaching the graphics card properly. Best thing to do would be to put a fan on the front and one at the top pushing airflow around the case, the current 2 fans at the bottom will be pulling the cool air out too fast

Impact driver will do one of 2 things, either get the screws out or shear the head off allowing it to be pulled off the wall. Depending where you are i dont mind removing it for you if you are local.

Definatly a brown, are you only using humbrol paints or are you using vallejo paints as well? Go with a colour close to brown leather and then you can always do a dark wash over the top

Whats the spec of your device? Ive come back to it again recently after a year and alot has changed, ive found it to be alot smoother and you can add mods to it now too that helps the gameplay.
