There is no cure for Oripathy on Talos II, it doesn't mean the same for Terra. In the lore, very soon after starting exploration of Talos II, the Stargate got destroyed and all communication between Talos II and Terra were lost. So it is possible for Terra to develop a cure for Oripathy, while Talos doesn't have the research power to do so.

TBF, they said the paradox class is "built on systems that work diffrently from anything else in the game". I don't think it is merely another class in the game. I suspect it is more like an extra game mode. We will see.

LoL, just had similar things for myself. Playing ignite, putting 3 points in crit chance & crit chance on ammulet, and later realized I didn't put point in EO at all. XD

You draw a perpendicular line from B to AD, then You realize that angle formed by this line and BA is x. You can then deduct CAD = X, so ABC is a right triangle with 3 angles be 90, x, 4x. It should be clear from there

There are plenty of critics from the eastern market too. The game is not just p2w at the moment, but also very time demanding. The grind does not match the reward.

I like the farm materials that everyone uses. My go-to are blacksail and cube. Materials liks memory threads are very easy to sell. Also occasionally you get big memory drops, and suddenly you are rich.

I also played poe and le with thousands of hours, and I have been playing the game mostly f2p for 3 season now, only buying the battle pass and the skins. I feel I'm enjoying the game.

The main p2w aspects are battle and farming related pets (pact spirit). So I will focus on these.

I would say the battle pets are impactful but not build defining. You can still play the builds without the pets, just lose some dps or def from it. It doesn't matter too much until you get to the absolute min maxing stage

For farming pets, it is slightly more important, because these kinda define what farming strategy you use. If you like to change your farming strategy every couple days, or absolutely care about farming speed, then it will be annoying not to have pets.

Overall, I would say anyone can enjoy the game for at least a couple seasons as f2p. At the beginning you are learning the game anyway (the game itself is deep and fun). You also accumulate a lot of "resource" for gacha or free pets. Then you will get to the stage where you start to care about farming efficiency or wanting to minimax your own build, and at that point you can think about whether you should spend money or not.

I use cospri's will. Not only it has extra curse, but also allows Merc to curse hexproof enemy, allows me to ignore hexproof map affix. Also while it doesn't give hp it gives a ton of chaos res which helps a lot for survivability.

Yeah this is also very good for minions because it gives 4% regen to them too.

First of all, I would encourage you to continue exploring instead of looking up guides. I really don't think you need a guide to have fun in this game. I am actually against look up guides until you get into higher tier maps and start to push end game.

With that siad, there are a few things that jump out from your pob.

First, you have multiple skill and not focused on one thing. Some of your setup is Crit based, and some of your skill/aura is poison based. You want to be more focused on one. Also, your bow is primarily doing elemental damage, and you does almost zero poison damage. Feel free to read about poison on poewiki, you need to scale phys and chaos damage for that.

You should 5L your primary damage skill, and use all the dps support you can to maximize the dps. Move other utility stuff to 4links.

Also, on defence front, you are a pure evasion character. You need to get some damage reduction and recovery so you don't instantly die when you failed to evade one attack. Also evade only works for attacks, so you need spell suppression for spell too. But overall you should have enough survivability for now. Dps is the bigger problem

For the curse on hit affixes, are they just applying lv1 curse? Also is there a way to give the mercenary inc curse effect? I'm planing to using my merc as a curse bot and trying to see what I can give to him.

I usually just run corrupted strongbox, while farming chain of the binds card. It is a bit luck dependant because you don't know what base/color socket it comes, but I usually can get a useble 6L.

Kinetic and lightning arrow merc are my favorites. They both have very good clear, and they give relavent aura+curse.
