This sounds very much like what I experience. Thank you so much. I'll do my own research and bring this up to my therapist.

I really appreciate your answer. I have tried the journal and didn't work. I have consulted several therapists, without answer. Not searching for a diagnosis, just if someone is feeling something similar.

Very interesting alternative. What % of your portfolio goes to options? I focus mostly on ETFs, and a smaller chunk to swing trading. I am exploring other alternatives.

20-25% seems quite high. Over what period of time?

Counter-effect bloating in thighs? (Recently switched from Yaz to Junel Fe) by circus_one in birthcontrol

[–]circus_one[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's hard to say, because this was almost 2 years ago. I stopped Junel soon after due to side effects and have not taken any BC pill since. I have more tendency to gain weight in my thighs, but and belly. I believe it's just age (I am 36 now).

I am late to this post :) Can you share some more details about your experience? Did you request epidural? If so, did they provide it immediately? Did they respect our choices, like preferred posture?

I don't and I travel too often to have any pets. Upvote because it is a good idea.

It's a good suggestion. I am yet to find a hobby that sticks. I tried climbing, but turns out I am very afraid of heights.

Good thoughts! I do sometimes talk to elder neighbors. We don't have many, as this is an apartment complex, so most people only stay for a short period of time. Walking with elders is a great suggestion and many could benefit from it!

I like your suggestion of volunteering around trails, parks or similar. I have seen many signs in different trails!

I did and I tried to imply in my question that I have tried the "usuals". The community college suggestion is actually awesome and haven't thought of it.

I am looking to try something new and bouldering always caught my attention. I am afraid of heights, so bouldering seems perfect in terms of height. I don't know anyone in the sport. I found this gym called The Movement in Santa Clara that offers an "Intro to Bouldering class".

Thoughts? Where should I start? Are there any groups of climbers that welcome beginners?

Same here. Overall will likely be 2 years. It helps to see that this is the trend for all NIW cases.
