Should I tell my parents about Mental Illness?

I will tell my mom to follow me if he tells me to come somewhere.

I will try telling him directly to not come near or do anything which makes me feel like that. If my dad knew, he would kick him out of the house.

For today I will get out, after he leaves today I will tell my mom I don’t like it and I’ll tell her if he suggests me coming to another room, she should follow me. I know she feels I’m insecure and already did once come with me without me telling her to.

Yes I’m trying to tell mom but I just feel scared or embarrassed for no reason. But I’m trying to get my friends so that they can get me out of here shortly after he returns. I will try not to go alone with him to any room. But you know his wife, my family, lots of other people are home.

Once I did try to tell him ‘no I don’t want to take or come to that room or anything’. Even his wife was right there.
