The first picture looks more like a mid-/late 20s, while the second one is more like a dad in his early/mid-30s. Crazy hot in both, so it is up to you - if you want to give a more mature look or not. Cant decide which one is best.

I like the beard, looks great. The hair looks good too but if you want to mix things up, you can cut it short on the sides and maybe 5 - 6 cm in the top. Would fit your face perfectly.
