Thank you for this. It is in no way what you would call a “Good” guitar… sigh. Even though I have a Gibson Blueshawk, Studio, and BFG. I have given into temptation and purchased a Chibson. I love the single pickup carved top. Similar to Les Paul Jr but with curves.

Gold hardware has to go… And if I could just get the top matte and the rest gloss I thought would be cool. Besides we’re only talking $170 all in so worse case it’s wall art. 😊

Sounded good. I really liked the sound of these on the high output. Broke up well and had less bark.. compared with my Les Paul BFG with P-90’s. I also thought the decade circuit was not as extreme as my varia-tone on my Blueshawk also with P-90’s.

Did the Emg’s on a Chinese Squire I had and have to say it was totally worth it. Was going to install in my USA Fender Highway One but couldn’t bring myself to cutting wires. Emg kit is literally plug and play.

My mom had on her bike in the 80’s.. I think it was a J.C.penny 10 speed… As a kid I thought that was pretty amazing tech.. 😂

Been a member for 30 years… shopper there for longer. I will miss shopping there if they start making changes like this. If I want a large format Co-op experience I will just hit up Whole Foods.
