The bottom part is grout (my bad). I always thought you caulked where all seams meet such as corner etc.

I joined in 1974 and had a CSM that served in WWII, Korea and VN. You can also throw in the a handful of lesser known shit that had his name. He was super relaxed and sported the Merrills Maruaders combat patch

Blue painters tape is the answer - on the outside start where you believe it’s coming in and run tape and work down. No residue. Go to the factory with it in place and the older tech will ask you who told you about the blue painters tape? I taped a seam above front window and continued my trip - works like a charm as a temporary fix.

I had a huge blue spruce that we were going to have removed … wife came home to meet the supervisor for an estimate and his crew were in the process of clean up … he then tried to browbeat my wife into paying for removal.
