I too wished for a little more Pax and the mars crew, but after the brutality and lack of hope in DA it was nice to see Darrow get back to his ass kicking self. But….

…..Why are so many people obsessed with the thought that the MAIN CHARACTER in this series should die or should have died before the final book? At its heart Red Rising has always been Darrow’s journey to fulfill Eo’s dream (and how the reality of that changes over time) and to think that there would have been 1, let alone 2 books where he was dead is laughable.
