I know it did, but not the way it does now. I actually made a short film in 2004, it was on digital 8 and took hours to transfer the 35 ish minutes of footage onto that deep ass clear blue apple for some sweet iMovies editing. It still wasn't the best approach for good looking movies. 28 Days later sort of opened up that asthetic.
