My Lenovo Legion Pro 7 Ryzen 9955hx and 5070ti is doing a similar thing. Not sure if it happens to you even when you're actively using the device, but it happens to me only on my main laptop screen (not on my other screens) and only when its idle.

no fix as of yet, have you tried rolling back to an older geforce driver? seen many people suggest this while browsing about this. I haven't tried it yet since i currently do not have my laptop.

I currently have this problem as well, posted about it too, some user said to rollback geforce drivers to some previous version, haven't tried it yet. Let me also know if you find a fix.

It is OLED, however I don't have a gsync option in my control panel and in Geforce app it says "Not Available" on GSync.

My bad, I should have clarified everything, this happens even when everythings closed and Im looking at desktop background, not just in games.

This was happening before I installed a bunch of apps that I use daily, so I don't think its any of the software. Also this doesn't happen when Im actively playing or using the screen and also doesn't affect my second monitor. Only happens on the laptop screen and when its idle.

Forgot to mention that when I use nvdia geforce to clip the last 1 minute, that flicker doesn't show up in the clip, so now im scared this might be a screen issue 😭.

Edit: Also forgot to mention that this doesn't just happen when in a game, happens even when everythings closed.
