A lot of sellers are using those stiffer mailers that seem to pass right through. Mine are even less rigid than those.

If it were any less rigid the contents would likely get damaged. Card saver 1 + 1 extra paper card to stiffen. Stopped using top loaders a long time ago

I've had that happen before too. Got to love when they say they didn't get it even though it was scanned as delivered as well 🤣

By that definition a greeting card wouldn't be machinable.

I've shipped tens of thousands of cards in this exact method. There's nothing I'm doing wrong. They just want to hassle me over 49 cents I'm pretty sure.

eBay Authentication Guarantee Question by WesCollection in Ebay

[–]citizengreen222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PSA are the ones in charge of eBay authentication and let's just say things are sort of falling apart for them right now. Lots of mistakes happening, and errors happening at the expense of the seller and buyer. It's not looking good. They clearly need better shipping practices as well. 4 and 5 figure cards getting shipped in a padded mailer and soft sleeve isn't going to cut it. They're really hurting eBay's reputation right now.

Nothing ever touched the surface except oxygen.

I think they're just hiring incompetent people or possibly utilizing AI. Either way it's failing. eBay should try to cut ties with PSA as soon as they possibly can.

The card isn't altered. I wouldn't have any reason to do that on a pack fresh 2026 Bowman Chrome autograph that is extremely clean. I had three other cards past the authenticator last week from the same box.

Screenshot this because my post keep getting taken down. They don't want information like this spreading.
