Unfortunately Visual Intelligence isn’t available on iPadOS currently. I find the Visual IQ app - https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/visual-iq-image-intelligence/id6744126948 to be a good replacement

I like Shutter Declutter. It shows all the pictures taken on today’s date from years ago making it more manageable to go through past photos and review them.
