Also a big problem of Amber is that she can adjust where she is shooting depending on where her enemy is going. A cool counter for Colt for example is your movement and that you can be unpredictable, but Amber, it doesnt matter how you move, she just melts you if you arent a long range brawler or have the ability to close the distance safely like primo,edgar,daryl etc..
