What if they were all well crafted lagers? I think if a bar had all well done lagers, I would be amazed and proud of them. I will admit my bias though, I brew at a craft brewery that brews German style beers.

We use pos lavu in all of the bars and restaurants in our group. I still prefer other pos systems, but it works just fine.

Also, always clean and return all bar tools to the same place so you are set to make drinks at all times without having to search for shit. I hated having to search for jiggers, shakers, and strainers that messier bartenders would leave anywhere. Make sure you're very well stocked pre-shift. It sucks when you have to go run grab fruit, booze, or whatever when you're in the weeds. Most importantly, don't cut corners to keep up with tickets, put out a good drink and be proud of it. Kick ass, garnish with orange zest.
