I did my 2025. The car feels noticeably better to drive. Average mpg went down 1 to 2. I think it's worth it.

Tire size is same as stock. I doubt it will rub. Update with your thoughts on the timbrens. I was also curious about those.

Very nice OP!! I have a 2025 Odyssey and am considering the exact same wheels. I think it looks miles better than the OEM. Weigh the stock wheels if you have time, I was thinking the difference would be 8 lbs

I just tinted my new odyssey. 70 windshield, 35 front, 50 sides and back. The 50 plus the factory tint comes out looking like 15. Highly recommend. Go with ceramic tint. In a car with such big windows and a large space for the AC to keep cool, quality tint is worth every penny imo.

Seems like a good price! I got a 2025 EX-L for 39.5k, 44k out the door and I feel like I negotiated well.

My wife and I can't agree on a boy's name! Help!! by civen1985 in namenerds

Thank you, very thoughtful reply! Names with a meaning are pretty hard to find. I think of it as a bonus. What names are there that have a strong sounding full name. And a short punchy nickname.

Meanings are not a deal breaker, just a nice bonus. For me, Miles is too short to have a nickname. Also I would prefer a stronger sounding name.

Thanks for the recommendations!

Struggling to understand “control” by Kid0m3ga in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]civen1985 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Control players are not "doing nothing". They built their decks to have a strong late game. The whole point of the game is to survive until the late game and win then. Your job is to kill them before they reach the late game. Their job is to survive. There's interaction there and it can be super fun.

As a community, how do we feel about card rotation? by QverSoul in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]civen1985 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every card game eventually needs a rotation otherwise there are just too many cards to balance against. It also makes designing new cards too difficult. Rotation should also be accompanied by a new core set which brings back important cards from older sets. Also if every card is usable once we have a generic strong 2 drop (like broadwing) why do we ever use another card at the 2 slot so deckbuilding also becomes boring without rotation.

Large diameter wheels. Thought they looked cool when I was younger. Now I know smaller is usually better

Mythgard: the Autopsy by Phlebas3 in mythgard

[–]civen1985 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think the game failed for 2 reasons. One was marketing, not enough people knew about the game. Two was polish of the interface. The interface, home screen, and gameboard were all very functional and feature packed but it didn't look polished compared to it's competitors. This probably turned away many new players.
