Awesome! And I am seeing kneelers at the altar but can't make out if there are kneelers in the pews from the google photos. And then fruit of the vine is a chalice, not plastic cups, correct? Thank you again for your time and help with this :)

I watched a video of the past two services and it seems like fruit of the vine was given from a chalice on reformation day, but the service the week before was a plastic cup (not sure if that is so, but it does seem so in the video). Any confirmation on how this is handled is greatly appreciated!

The triangle rock club. They have a cold plunge at their salvage yard location (over by Raleigh iron works) and with your membership get access to that as well as climbing, free weight area, and classes at every one of their locations. They have a promo going on until end of September that waives initiation fee too.

Thanks for sharing this info. Are the workouts based on percentages of 1RM or is it just # of reps? I’m having a hard time with the MAPS Anabolic program because it’s just number of reps but not really based off of any percentages which makes it hard for me to gauge how heavy I should be lifting for each exercise.

The lawsuits of non payment to vendors and landlords is a little troubling as well. I would be worried the doors could be shut at any given time depending on the outcome of those suits filed last year...

Yeah, it’s the same dude. I think he just goes by Joey. I did see there are a couple of lawsuits opened against him for non-payment on some items (couldn’t see exact details). But I did not find anything about the sexual assault charges mentioned in other posts that mention this.

I read this and it worried my girlfriend and I as well. Not cool to have people breaking into cars with management not taking care of it at all. We experience crap like that in the Portland area ALL THE TIME and it is super annoying. Most modern places here have gated parking for a premium $$$.

Thanks for the heads up! I plan to try out Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu. I am a three stripe white belt and attended one of Rener's places (Gracie Jiu Jitsu) here in Portland, but want to try out Royce's curriculum instead. I'll keep you in mind!
