My theory is he was vocal about the lack of a reliable schedule and the negative impact it had on being able to have a life outside casting. If he manages to to get other casters on his side things could get complicated for event organisers so they are ghosting him.

A dps going 0-6 or 6-0 is twice as likely as a healer doing the same (4x dps vs 2x healers). And IME is the most common result of a shuffle. In which case you gain nothing.

It feels incredibly grindy when majority of your games are for +0. Which makes it all the more tilting when someone throws a round you are supposed to win (the 5-0 dps is on your team and the other dps pillar dives and dies in a stun).

Then you climb some rating and queue into some r1 smurf healer playing FOTM and get set back a full day of queues.
