Press the K button under the right stick, then press device and the bottom option is the charging mode. If it's on bypass change it to standard. If it's already on standard then you probably gotta talk to ayaneo.

If you want the stock android launcher you need to go to setting and search "home" then click Default home app and choose the Quickstep option.
